United StatesMy waist is 27. I do have a wide ribcage for my frame & a muscled back from years of weight training. Medium said 27 inches but I found it too tight to breath. Barely could fasten it, sent back. I know a corset is supposed to be tight but this too much. It appeared well made though. Sent back last week but have yet to receive a refund. Material- craftsmanship worth 5 stars but giving s 3 due to running small.
