RETURN DETAILS & ELIGIBILITY 

Most Items purchased from HauteFlair are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Order Return Center to process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of when you receive your item.

At our return center, you will have two return shipping option. 

I.   Ship with your return label

II.  Ship with our return label. You will download and print return label right away. The return shipping cost of $8.95 will be deducted when we process your refund. Returns for exchanges are free. Incorrect item returns are free. 

SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-3 business days and do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING, AND DELIVERY

A tracking status deemed "delivered" by the carrier will serve as proof of delivery for all orders. HauteFlair.com is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed. You can purchase an optional shipping insurance to cover lost or stolen items during checkout.

When placing orders, be sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undeliverable shipments is the omittance of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at a cost to the customer.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. The items will not be restocked or refunded if they are returned.

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

    Can the items be exchanged?

    We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

    What are the refund options?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Refund to store credit 

    How do I ship back the items?

    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after approval.
