RETURN DETAILS & ELIGIBILITY
You are welcome to return qualify item if you are not happy with your purchase. Most Items purchased from HauteFlair are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Order Return Center to process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of when you receive your item.
All returns/exchanges need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

At our return center, you will have two return shipping option.
I. Ship your return with any carrier of your choice - Free
II. Choose to ship with our returns label - a return label cost of 6.95 will be deducted from your payment when we process your return.
Returns for exchanges are free. Incorrect item returns are free.
You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Due to the hygienic nature of most of our product, all returned items go through sanitary inspection before refunds are processed. Please allow up to 10 - 21 business days before return credit reflects on your credit or debit card.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we are not able to changes or cancel an order once the order has been placed after two hours. However, you can place a new order, return an incorrect item or the item you do not like within 30 days for a refund. Exchanges or returns are offered once per order. Items returned twice after exchanges are not accepted.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe
TRACKING, AND DELIVERY
A tracking status deemed "delivered" by the carrier will serve as proof of delivery for all orders. HauteFlair.com is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed.
When placing orders, be sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undeliverable shipments is the omittance of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at a cost to the customer.
