Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items are final sale. Clearance and personalized items are also final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if selected). Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.

Return shipping is $8.95 and is non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at help@hauteflair.com and we’ll take care of it.
