Sculptresse: when you need both, not one compromised for the other
Most brands treat plus size and full bust as separate problems. Widen the band and the cup stays shallow; deepen the cup and the band stops at a 38. Sculptresse exists because Panache recognised the women falling between those two ranges — a generous band and a deep cup at the same time — were being served by neither.

Plus-size bands with cups to K, in UK sizing. Full cup, balconette and moulded shapes, plus briefs cut to match.
Where it fits
Choose Sculptresse if you have been sized out of the core Panache range at the band, or if you have found bands that fit but cups that run shallow. The fit engineering is identical to Panache — three-part cups, wide side support, forward-set straps — applied across a larger frame.
Fit notes
UK cup sizing, which separates from US above a D: a UK F is a US G. Bands run firm when new and relax with wear, so buy on the loosest hook. Your Panache size carries across.
