This Pretty Smooth wireless bra closes with a front zipper, which makes dressing easier and suits adaptive wear. Hidden pockets inside the cups hold prosthetic inserts or modesty pads, and Natori designs it as a mastectomy bra. The cups layer smoothing lace over stretch jersey with a soft Pima cotton lining. It comes in Black and Buff.

Fabric: 80% nylon, 20% elastane. Lace: 77% nylon, 23% elastane. Cup lining: 94% Pima cotton, 6% LYCRA elastane. Hand wash and line dry for best results.
